Experience:

     Actively Engaged For At Least 1,500 Hours As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson Under the Supervision of a Licensed Real Estate Broker in this State During The Three Years Immediately Preceding the Date On Which Such Applicant Filed Such Applicant's Application.

Has Represented Seller, Buyer, Lessor, Lessee In At Least 4 Real Estate Transactions That Closed During the 3 Years Immediately Preceding the Date On Which Such Applicant Filed Such Applicant's Application.

     15 Hour Statitics, Modeling and Finance
     15 Hour Advanced Residential Applications and Case Studies
     20 Hour Appraisal Subject Matter Electives

Requirement B - Associate's Degree from an Accredited College or 21 Semester Hours in the Following College-Level Courses (3 Hours Each)
     English Composition
     Principles of Economics, Either Macroeconomics or Microeconomics
     Finance
     Algebra, Geometry, or Higher Level Mathematics
     Statistics
     Computers (Introductory Level Course), Including Word Processing and Spreadsheets

     AQB Certified Residential  (75% Minimum)
