TERMS AND CONDITIONS I understand and agree that The Connecticut Real Estate Institute, Inc. is under no contractual olbligation to provide this opportunity to it's students. I understand that I have the opportunity to take the re-test before my student file is closed in accordance with school policy. The dates and times are set by The Connecticut Real Estate Institute, Inc. and requests to take a re-test outside of the scheduled time and date will be denied. I further understand that in taking this exam The Connecticut Real Estate Institute, Inc. will retain the re-test exam results. The better of the final or the re-test exam results will constitute the final course grade. I acknowledge that the school has 30 days from the re-test date to issue the re-test results and if all State requirements have been met a Certificate of Completion will be issued. I understand that the school will make every effort to process my file with 10 business days. I further understand that an expedited service fee is available to have my file processed within 3 business days. REFUND POLICY. If the school cancels a re-test date the student will receive a full refund. Withdrawal within 10 business days prior to the exam date, the school will retain 100% of the exam fee. The school must receive notification of withdrawal either by e-mail or certified mail.
